Clean room, well-maintained hotel, excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices, great coffee, friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel had a modern and well-maintained interior, with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The facilities were more than adequate, including comfortable beds and new bathroom suites. The continental breakfast provided was excellent and there was a convenient check-in and checkout process. The staff were amazing, particularly during a difficult period where I had a foot infection. They were kind, called a doctor to the hotel, and checked on me regularly. The location was also great, being just a short walk from the Termini Station, making it easy to access transportation options and explore the city.

This hotel is amazing! It is located in the center of Rome, near the Termini station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the sights of Rome. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning and a nice double bed. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is included in the price.

The hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. It is a short walk from the central railway station, allowing for easy access to transportation. there are several good restaurants nearby, ensuring that guests have a variety of dining options to choose from.

The room temperature was a major issue upon arrival, as the thermostat was unable to be set below 28C. It took multiple attempts and assistance from the reception to reset it, and even then the minimum possible temperature was 22C.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests or information we needed. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. We could hear people coming in and out of the building all night, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our room, just like room 309 mentioned in a review, was also impeccably clean, great to relax and enjoy a peaceful night's rest on the comfortable mattresses and pillows. Although the breakfast selection was repetitive, the continental options and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon made for a satisfying start to our day. the location near Roma Termini was convenient for exploring Rome, despite the drawbacks of the neighborhood mentioned by other guests. Nevertheless, overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and comfortable amenities.
